摘要
利用声发射技术对45、GCr15和T12钢三种材料进行马氏体相变监测,以声发射特征参量为基础实现马氏体体积分数的定量分析研究,进而对三种试件的马氏体相变体积分数曲线进行拟合分析得到不同含碳量材料的相变动力学变化规律。结果表明,马氏体相变动能随含碳量增大而降低,较高位错密度的材料具有较强的自催化效应。
Martensite phase transformation of 45, GCr15 and T12 steels was monitored by acoustic emission technique. Quantitative analysis of martensite volume fraction based on the characteristics of acoustic emission parameter was realized, and the phase transformation dynamical change of material with different carbon content was analyzed using the volume fraction curves of martensite phase transformation of the three specimens. The results show that the martensite phase transformation kinetic energy decreases with the increase of carbon content, and the material with higher dislocation density has stronger autocatalytic effect.
