摘要
对原位自生Ti B2/7075复合材料进行了搅拌摩擦加工,并对加工后的材料进行了不同方式的热处理。使用电子背散射衍射、EDS元素扫描分析和室温拉伸测试等方法对经过不同热处理方式的复合材料进行了研究。研究结果表明,在搅拌摩擦加工后对材料进行强化T6处理,即延长固溶时间,可以明显提高复合材料的力学性能。相比于搅拌摩擦加工后未经任何热处理的Ti B2/7075复合材料,强化T6处理后的复合材料强度提高了148 MPa,塑性提高了1.2倍。对强化T6处理后复合材料力学性能提高的原因进行了讨论。
In situ TiB2/7075 composites were processed by friction stir processing, following by different heat treatments. Microstructure of the composites after different heat treatments was analyzed by electron back-scattered diffraction(EBSD) and energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS). The tensile properties were also tested. The results indicate that increasing the solution time has effectively improved the microstructure uniformity of the composites. Compared to the composite after friction stir processing, the tensile strength of these composites increases by 148 MPa, and the elongation increases by 1. 2 times. The reason of tensile property improving has been discussed.
