摘要
研究了聚丙烯悬浮接枝马来酸酐及其对水体中铜离子的吸附效果。以水为分散介质,二甲苯(Xyl)为界面剂,过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯(TBPB)为引发剂,考察了聚丙烯(PP)悬浮法接枝马来酸酐(MAH)反应中各反应条件和原料组份对接枝率的影响。当反应条件为PP∶MAH∶TBPB∶Xyl=100∶5∶4.7∶23,反应温度130℃,反应时间4h时,产物接枝率为1.38%。在此基础上,探讨了在PP-g-MAH纤维对水中铜离子的吸附,研究了pH值、吸附时间以及不同铜离子浓度对吸附效果的影响。
The preparation of maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene using suspension grafting was studied. And the Cu2+ adsorption ability of the product was investigated. The suspension grafting used water as dispersion medium, xylene as interface agent,benzoic acid tert-butyl ester peroxide as initiator. The reaction conditions of grafting method were exam- ined. When under condition : PP: MAH : TBPB: Xyl= 100 : 5 : 4.7 : 23, temperature 130℃ and reaction time of 4 h, The graft rate could reach 1.38%. On this basis,the effect of pH,adsorption time and Cu2+ concentrate on the Cu2+ adsorption ability of PP-g-MAH fiber in water was studied.
