摘要 目前,餐厨垃圾已成为阻碍我国生态文明建设的一个重要因素。餐厨垃圾主要包括厨房食品加工过程残剩的废料和餐桌上吃剩的废弃食品。餐厨垃圾处理具有无序性、无技术性,导致我国市容市貌受到一定程度的影响。虽然国内外已经采取了一些相应的处理措施,但仍旧没有从根本上解决问题。 At present, kitchen waste has become one of the important factors that hinder the construction of ecological civilization in china. The kitchen waste mainly includes kitchen food processing residual waste and leftover waste of food on the table. The kitchen garbage disposal is disorderly, no technology, resulting in China's cities have a certain degree of influence. Although the domestic and foreign has taken some of the corresponding treatment measures, but still not fundamentally solve the problem.
