当前,供电企业如何加强人力资源绩效管理,突破发展瓶颈,是亟需深入思考的问题。通过论述供电企业人力资源绩效管理的重要性及管理中存在的问题,提出了相应的解决对策,以供相关人员参考。
At present, the power supply enterprise how to strengthen the human resources performance management, breakthrough development bottleneck, is a problem that needs to be further thought.
