浅谈延长重载铁路曲线钢轨使用寿命的方法

Shallow Talk about the Method of Extending the Service Life of the Curved Rail of Heavy Haul Railway

在重载铁路曲线钢轨中,通过适当调整曲线超高、对钢轨表面初始裂纹进行预防性打磨,可改善轮轨关系,将钢轨伤损消灭在萌芽阶段,从而延长钢轨的使用寿命,并减少了设备隐患,从而保证铁路运输的安全、高效、稳定。因此,对延长重载铁路曲线钢轨使用寿命的方法措施进行了探讨。

In heavy haul railway curve rail, through the appropriate adjustment curve of ultra-high, on the initial surface crack of rail steel were preventive grinding, improve relationship between wheel and rail, the rail damage nipped in the bud stage, so as to prolong the service life of the rail and reduce the hidden trouble of equipment from and ensure the safety of railway transportation, efficient and stable. Therefore, this paper discusses the method to prolong the service life of the curve of the heavy haul railway.
