摘要
目的:分析吡格列酮联合醋酸环丙孕酮对多囊卵巢综合症患者胰岛素抵抗及生殖激素水平的影响。方法:将本院收治的多囊卵巢综合症患者96例,按照就诊顺序随机分为观察组和对照组两组,各48例。对照组给予醋酸环丙孕酮治疗,观察组则采用吡格列酮联合醋酸环丙孕酮进行治疗,观察两组治疗前后血清促卵泡激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)、睾酮(T)及空腹血糖(FBG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)水平,并计算胰岛素抵抗指数(IR)。结果:治疗后两组血清FSH、LH、T水平均较治疗前明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前后E2水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后FBG、FINS及IR明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:吡格列酮联合醋酸环丙孕酮治疗多囊卵巢综合症能够有效改善患者体内胰岛素抵抗和生殖激素紊乱状态。
Objective:To analyze the effects of Pioglitazone combined with cyproterone acetate on the reproductive hormone levels and insulin resistance of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods:A total of 96 patients with the polycystic ovary syndrome in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each with 48 cases.The control group was treated with cyproterone acetate,observation group was treated with pioglitazone combined with cyproterone acetate.The clinical efficacy of two groups was compared.The serum follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E2),testosterone(T)and fasting plasma glucose(FBG),fasting insulin(FINS)level before and after treatment and calculate the insulin resistance index(IR)were observed.Results:After treatment,serum FSH,LH and T levels of two groups were significantly lower than that before treatment(P〈0.05),and these levels were significantly lower in theobservation group than that in the control group(P〈0.05).The E2 level of the two groups before and after treatment were not significantly different(P〉0.05).FBG,FINS and IR of the patients in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Pioglitazone combined with cyproterone acetate has significant therapeutic effect on polycystic ovary syndrome,can effectively improve the patients with insulin resistance and reproductive hormone disorder.
