The Research of Family Business Intergenerational Succession Mechanism:Based on Economical Theories

本文以家族企业为研究对象,针对中国家族企业在传承模式上的困惑,引用相关经济学理论和博弈分析的方法,探讨在当代经济大发展的背景下,选择代际传承模式的内在动力源泉和传承机理。实现我国家族企业代际之间的有效传承,无论是对家族企业还是企业家族都是十分重要的。家族企业作为一种特殊的企业形式,研究它的传承对于其他形式的企业的可持续发展也是具有借鉴意义的。

This paper takes family enterprise as the example, aims at the puzzles of Chinese family enterprises in succession mode,uses the related economics theory and game analysis to discuss the internal dynamic sources and succession mechanism of selecting the intergenerational succession mode under the background of the contemporary economic. The achievement of effective succession among the generations of Chinese family enterprises is very important for both family enterprises and enterprise families. Family enterprise is a kind of special enterprise form, the researches of its succession has important significance for the sustainable development of the enterprise with other forms.
