现代测绘技术在“农村集体土地使用权”测绘中的应用

Application of Modern Surveying and Mapping Technology in the Surveying and Mapping of "Rural Collective Land Use Right"

本文结合兴隆山镇安龙村农村土地承包经营权确权登记工作,重点分析现代测绘技术在农村地籍测绘中的应用方法及技术流程,旨在运用现代测绘技术将承包地块、面积、空间位置和权属证书全面落实到户,摸清农村集体经济组织的家底,建立农村土地承包数据库,为下一步推进土地产权制度改革夯实基础。

Combined with the registration work of rural land contractual management right in Anlong Village, Xinglongshan Town, this paper mainly analyzes the application method and technical process of modern surveying and mapping technology in rural cadastral surveying and mapping to full implement contracted land, area, space location and ownership certificate to families, understand the background of the rural collective economic organizations, establish rural land contract database and lay foundation for promoting the reform of land property rights system.
