摘要
根据具体案例,结合负载工况参数,对YB2-355S-10 90k W电机主轴断裂进行分析,并利用Solidworks及ANSYS workbench软件对分析和改进结果进行实例仿真,进一步优化电机主轴结构设计,使之更能适用于复杂工况。
Main shaft rupture of motor YB2-355S-10 was analyzed on the bases of practical cases with combining the load condition parameters. The analysis results and improvement was simulated with an instance by using softwares Solidworks and ANSYS workbench to further improve the main shaft structure and make it could work well on the complicated work condition.
