国内建筑工业化背景下预制装配式建筑特点及适应性初探

Preliminary Study on the Characteristics and Adaptability of Prefabricated Construction in Background of Domestic Architectural Industrialization

进入二十一世纪,"安全高效、绿色环保"越来越成为衡量建筑设计水平高低的重要指标,随着全国建设工作会议上"建筑产业现代化"的明确提出,新型建筑工业化以其迫切的需要和可持续发展的潜力重新走入国内建筑界的视野。在建筑产业化的革命中,预制装配这种建造方式重新进入到工程实践中,因此,针对这种新型建筑技术所对应的建筑作适应性的探讨,是文章关注的问题。

＂Safe and efficient, green and sustainable development＂ has become key indicators of the level of architectural design since21 st century. With the concept of ＂modern construction industry＂ came up in the national building industry conference, construction industrialization has emerged to domestic construction industry with its exigencies and sustainable development potential. During the construction industrialization revolution, prefabricated construction was brought into engineering practice again. Thus discussion about this new type construction technology of the corresponding buildings is the key issue of this paper.
