新型渐开线齿轮范成仪的设计研究

齿轮范成仪在工程和日常教学中的应用较为广泛,它是利用一对齿轮互相啮合时其共轭齿廓互为包络线的原理来加工轮齿的。本文设计的新型渐开线齿轮范成仪在使用方法和使用效果上都比传统的齿轮范成仪有较大改进,在实际应用中,得到了广大师生的认可。

Gear forming machine is widely applied in engineering and daily teaching. Its working principle is that when a pair of gears mesh with each other, their conjugate tooth profile is the envelope line of each other. This paper designs a new type of involute gear forming machine, which has large improvement on using method and using effect than the traditional gear forming machine. It has been recognized by the vast number of teachers and students in practice.
