Land Certification Implementation and Problems of the Residential Area in Langfang City

廊坊金桥小区由于建成较早,有部分土地权证资料已丢失,并且车库、滴水房檐的权证混乱,如今进行土地测绘面临许多困难。本文针对这些问题,通过规范测绘工作流程和技术措施,努力提高测绘精度,最终形成了一套准确规范的宗地图,为土地发证提供了重要的事实依据。

Because Langfang Jinqiao residential area was built early, some land certification data has been lost, and garage, dripping certifications are not clear, leading to many difficulties in the surveying and mapping work now. In this paper, aiming at these problems, by regulating the surveying and mapping work process and technical measures, efforts are made to improve the accuracy of surveying and mapping. Eventually a set of accurate map of the specification is formed, providing an important basis for the land certification.
