摘要
实施素质教育是党的基本教育方针。文章以河南牧业经济学院90后大学生为调研对象,考察其经过十余年的素质教育后所具备的基本素质,分析当下高校实施素质教育的现状及不足并提出相应的对策。
The implementation of quality education is the Party＇s basic education policy. This article explores the basic quality of the students born after 1990 in Henan University of Animal Husbandry and Economy after more than 10 years′ quality education, analyzes the present situation deficiencies of quality education in colleges and universities and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
