摘要
气候要素和大气污染是雾霾产生的主要成因,通过分析美国、英国、日本、德国等发达国家雾霾治理成功经验及启示,针对我国环境污染现状提出依法治霾、数据共享、综合控制、联防联控和绿色出行等雾霾治理的主要措施。
Climate and atmospheric pollution is the main cause of haze. The paper introduced the management experience of developed countries such as the United States, Britain, Japan and Germany on how to removing haze successfully. On basis of this, the paper put forward some measures and suggestions for China in order to cope with haze,like the legislation, data sharing, integrated control, joint control and green travel.
