Two Outstanding Female Poets in Ancient Chinese Literature——On the Differences of Feminine Consciousness of Literary Creation

明清时期,女性文学创作开始得到支持和赞许,女性也开始追求自身价值的实现和社会地位的提高,徐灿、柳如是就是这一时期具有代表性的女作家,在其作品中我们可以感知到女性意识的萌动。由于出身于不同阶层、拥有不同命运,她们在处理自身与他人、自身与社会的关系时又表现出不同的倾向,致使作品中具体表现出的女性意识在一些方面也存在差异。

Female literary creation began to be supported and applauded during Ming and Qing Dynasties. Meanwhile, women started to pursue the realization of their own values and social status. Xu Can and Liu Rushi are two typical representatives of women writers in this period. In their works, we can perceive the sprout of feminine consciousness. Due to different social class and fate, the two women show different tendency in their works when dealing with the relationship between themselves and others, themselves and society. Therefore, feminine consciousness in their works is different in some ways.
