摘要
综述总结了乳酸菌在调节肠道炎症中的重要作用。随着肠道炎症疾病的频发,寻找更适合、更有效的治疗方案成为具有极高研究价值的课题之一。目前已经有大量的研究表明,某些乳酸菌具有维护肠道屏障的作用,通过阻止致病菌的定植与粘附,维持正常的肠道菌群平衡。同时,能够调节肠道内的免疫反应,通过行使免疫功能,影响肠道炎症的发生和发展。
The object of this study was to summarize the function of lactic acid bacteria (LAB) in regulating inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD). With the development of this disease, researching for treatment measures more suitable and effective has became one of the most valuable subject. Based on the findings present in recent studies, LAB holds a promise for use as a regulatory to ameliorate the intestinal barrier func- tion, maintain the balance of microflora via prevented pathogenic bacteria translocation and adhesion. LAB, modulated the intestinal im- mune response to intestinal environmental antigens, play a pivotal role in inflammation.
