2型糖尿病骨质疏松患者血液指标相关因素分析 被引量:3

摘要 [目的]探讨2型糖尿病骨质疏松患者血液相关指标水平变化与骨质疏松的关系。[方法]测定32例2型糖尿病骨质疏松患者血液糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)、骨钙素(BGP)、骨碱性磷酸酶(BAP)、血清钙离子(Ca)及骨密度。[结果]2型糖尿病骨质疏松患者血液Hb A1c水平高于对照组,而BGP、BAP水平较对照组明显降低,差异有统计学意义,Ca结果差异无统计学意义。[结论]血液Hb A1c、BGP、BAP检测对2型糖尿病骨质疏松早期筛查和诊断具有重要价值。
