与经皮左心耳封堵术相关的左心耳解剖学研究现状 被引量:1

摘要 心房纤颤(房颤)是临床最常见的心律失常之一,除有可能诱发或加重心力衰竭等危险外,还可以引起卒中及其他血栓栓塞事件,发生致死或致残事件.目前预防房颤患者血栓栓塞的主要方法为口服抗凝药物治疗,但由于药理作用受药物、食物等多因素影响,需频繁抽血监测凝血指标,即使在合适的抗凝强度内,也会使颅内出血的概率增加2~5倍,故临床使用受到了很大的限制.有研究显示,约90%的非瓣膜性房颤患者的血栓栓塞来源于左心耳[1].因此左心耳封堵术可以作为不适合长期口服抗凝药物的非瓣膜性房颤患者预防卒中的一种替代方法,而掌握左心耳的解剖学结构对左心耳封堵术至关重要.
