摘要 黄素单加氧酶3(flavin-containing monooxygenase 3,FMO3)是一种重要的肝微粒体酶。多项研究表明,FMO3基因存在多态性,并且这种多态性具有广泛性,不仅存在于人类也存在于动物中,既存在于同一种族内也存在于不同种族间。尚有研究表明FMO3基因表达的FMO3酶在某些含氮和含硫的药物代谢和毒性中发挥一定作用。作者对FMO3的基因多态性及其在药物代谢与毒性中的作用进行综述。 The flavin-containing monooxygenase 3 (FMO3) is an important hepatic microsomal enzyme. Numerous mutations of FMO3 gene have been reported, and polymorphic varients of the gene have been identified. Several studies indicated that variability in the expression of FMO3 involved in some nitrogen, or sulfur-containing durg metabolism. This review summarizes the genetic polymorphism of FMO3 and its role in drug metabolism and toxicity.
