癫痫自主神经发作及发作时的自主神经症状 被引量：7

摘要 癫痫先兆或发作时有自主神经症状或以自主神经症状为主文献中早有记载[1]。过去多认为自主神经症状是癫痫发作,尤其是抽搐引起的现象,未予以重视。并且以自主神经表现为主的癫痫患者常被误诊[2-3]。1889年Jackson等报告颞叶内侧癫痫发作时患者有心率变化[4]。
