新生期大鼠惊厥发作后血清神经元特异性烯醇酶、S100蛋白的动态变化及其意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的 探讨新生期大鼠惊厥发作后血清神经元特异性烯醇酶(NSE)、S100蛋白(S100B)的动态变化及其意义。方法 80只新生期SD大鼠随机分为单次对照组(8只)、反复对照组(8只)和单次惊厥组(32只)、反复惊厥组(32只)。新生大鼠惊厥模型采用三氟乙醚诱导法建立。采用ELISA法测定各组大鼠血清NSE、S100B水平。结果 单次惊厥组新生期大鼠致痫后12 h、24 h时血清NSE水平均明显高于单次对照组(P〈0.05~0.01)。反复惊厥组新生期大鼠致痫后12 h、24 h、48 h血清NSE水平均明显高于反复对照组(P〈0.05~0.01)。单次惊厥组新生期大鼠致痫后24 h时血清S100B明显高于单次对照组(P〈0.01)。反复惊厥组新生期大鼠致痫后12 h、24 h、48 h时血清S100B水平均明显高于反复对照组(P〈0.05~0.01)。结论NSE、S100B是新生期惊厥性脑损伤敏感生化指标,反复惊厥更易造成脑损伤。 Objective To discuss the dynamic change and its significance of neuron specific enolase ( NSE ) , S100 protein (S100B) in serum of neonatal rats after seizures. Methods Eighty neonatal SD rats were randomly divided into single control group ( n = 8 ), repeated control group ( n = 8 ) , single seizure group ( n = 32 ) and repeated seizures group (n = 32 ). The neonatal rat seizure models were established by trifluoroethyl. The concentration changes of NSE, SIOOB in the blood serum was measured by ELISA method. Results The serum NSE concentrations of single seizure group were significantly higher than that of the single control group at 12 h, 24 h after seizure-induced (P 〈 0.05 -0. 01 ), and NSE of the repeated seizures group were significantly higher than that of the repeated control group at 12 h, 24 h, 48 h after seizure-induced (P 〈 0. 05 - 0.01 ). The serum S100B levels of single seizure group were obvious higher than that of the single control group at 24 h after seizure-induced ( P 〈 0. 01 ) , and S100B of the repeated seizures group were obvious higher than that of the repeated control group at 12 h, 24 h, 48 h after seizure-induced (P 〈 0. 05 - 0.01 ). Conclusion NSE and S100B are the sensitive biochemical indicators of early brain damage after the epileptic seizure in neonatal period, and repeated seizures can cause more damage.
