美国教师教学评价对我国医学院校的启示 被引量:3

摘要 教师教学评价是提高教学质量的关键环节,是教育改革的重要内容。高等医学院校由于课程系统的独特性,教师教学评价颇为复杂。文章在系统梳理美国教师教学评价发展历程和现行区分性教学评价体系的基础上,针对我国医学院校教师教学评价的特殊性,提出了建立立体化、多层面的区分性教师教学能力评价机制的构想。
