支持需求聚合的C2B旅游电子商务自动谈判系统研究 被引量:2

STUDY ON C2B E-BUSINESS AUTOMATED NEGOTIATION SYSTEM FOR TOURISM SUPPORTING DEMANDS AGGREGATION

摘要 为了更好地撮合旅游服务供需双方的交易活动,将C2B电子商务模式和自动谈判系统相结合,提出一种新的支持需求聚合的C2B旅游电子商务自动谈判系统。引入Agent技术自动聚合大量分散的旅游服务需求,再由C2B电子商务自动谈判系统通过谈判代理Agent和旅游服务企业方的谈判Agent进行自动谈判,撮合旅游服务供需双方交易。阐述系统的总体框架和运行机制;研究需求聚合的策略和方法;基于FIPA规范设计相应的自动谈判协议和自动谈判过程控制算法。基于JADE开发了一套原型系统,验证了相关设计的可行性。 We propose in this paper a new C2 B e-business automated negotiation system for tourism supporting demands aggregation for better coupling the transaction activities of both suppliers and demanders in tourism services by combing C2 B e-business pattern with automated negotiation system. Agent technology is introduced to automatically aggregate a great deal of scattered personal tourism service demands,then the aggregated demands will be inputted to C2 B e-business automated negotiation system,though its negotiation Agent,to automatically negotiate with the negotiation Agent of tourism services companies,so as to match the transactions between both the suppliers and demanders of the travel services. In this paper we elaborate the overall framework and operation mechanism of the system,and study the strategy and method of demands aggregation. Based on FIPA specification we designed correlated automated negotiation protocol and the control algorithm of automated negotiation process. Based on JADE we developed a prototype system,and the feasibility of the relative design has been validated as well.
