英国统一课程下的个性化学习——以Dragon预备学校为例 被引量:1

摘要 个性化教育是社会进步和教育发展的客观要求,在小学基础阶段,更有必要实施个性化教育。中国和英国在小学阶段同样实施全国统一课程,然而英国的教育却比中国更具个性化,更能适应学生个体的发展需求。本文将以Dragon预备学校为例,从课程设置与实施的角度出发,探索英国统一课程下的个性化学习,并从政策支持、分层教学和特需课程三方面为我国小学的个性化教育提供有益的启示。
