肿瘤放射增敏剂在鼻咽癌放射治疗中的临床应用价值

Clinical value of tumor radiation sensitizer in the treatment of nasopha-ryngeal carcinoma

目的探讨鼻咽癌放射治疗中肿瘤放射增敏剂的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析50例于我院就诊的鼻咽癌患者的临床资料,平均分为两组,观察组和对照组各25例,对照组予以常规放射治疗,观察组在常规放射治疗基础上加用增敏剂甘氨双唑钠。结果对照组患者的临床疗效总有效率明显低于观察组,而其毒副反应发生率则明显高于观察组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在鼻咽癌放射治疗的过程中加用肿瘤放射增敏剂,能够明确提高临床治疗有效率和减轻毒副反应。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of tumor radiation sensitizer in the treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data of 50 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma in our hospital patients were equally divided into two groups, the observation group and the control group, with 25 patients in each group. The control group received conventional radiation therapy, the observation group reeeived sensitizer glycine sodium double-y] based on conventional radiation therapy. Results The clinical efficacy of the control group were sig- nificantly lower than the total effective of observation group, while the incidence of side effects was significantly higher than in the observation group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion During radiotherapy of the tumor plus radiation sensitizer can clearly improve the clinical treatment efficiency and reduce the toxicity.
