药物标识在手术室安全用药中的应用

目的：探讨药物标识在手术室安全用药中的应用效果。方法：以2013年2月-2014年2月本院手术室采用药物标识前的调查结果作为对照组,以2014年3月-2015年3月本院手术室实施药物标识后的调查结果作为观察组。结果：对比两组质控药物管理评分、手术药物标识率以及护理人员的手术用药知晓率,结果显示观察组明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：在手术室安全用药中采用药物标识可有效提高质控药物管理评分、手术药物标识率以及护理人员的手术用药知晓率,值得临床推广。

Objective： To study drug identified in the operating room safe medication application effect. Methods： In February 2013-2014 between February hospital operating room not been identified using the survey results before the drug as a control group, to March 2014 - between March 2015 to implement the hospital operating room after the drug identification the findings as the observation group. Results： The two groups were compared QC medication management score, surgical medication identification rate and drug awareness surgical nurses, showed that the observation group were significantly better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The use of drugs identified in the operating room safe medication can effectively improve the quality control of medicines management score, surgery and medication identification rate of surgical nurses medication awareness, it is worthy of clinical application
