摘要
目的探讨PDCA循环理论在心血管外科ICU护理中的应用效果。方法选择2014年1—12月解放军总医院心血管外科ICU患者120例，按随机数字表法分为对照组（60例）和实验组（60例）。对照组患者采用常规模式治疗和护理，实验组患者采取PDCA循环管理模式进行治疗和护理。比较两组患者的焦虑状况，并观察治疗后两组患者的护理满意度及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后，实验组焦虑得分[（40．36±2．61）分]明显低于对照组[（49．65±2．64）分]，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。实验组的护理满意度（98．33％）明显高于对照组（88．33％），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。实验组不良反应发生率（3．33％）明显低于对照组（18．33％），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论PDCA循环质量管理的科学方法运用于心血管外科ICU患者的护理，可明显减少患者不良反应的发生，缓解焦虑状况，提高患者对护理的满意度，确保各项护理措施的落实执行和质量的持续改进。
Objective To discuss application effect of PDCA cycle theory in cardiovascular surgical ICU nursing. Methods 120 patients in cardiovascular surgical ICU of General Hospital of PLA from January to December 2014 were selected and divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method, with 60 cases in each group. Control group were treated with routine treatment and care, and experimental group were treated with PDCA cycle management model for treatment and care. The anxious situation between two groups was compared. The nursing satisfaction rate and adverse reactions between two groups were observed after treatment. Results The anxiety score of experimental group [（40.36±2.61） point] was significantly lower than that of control group [（49.65±2.64） point], with statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. The nursing satisfaction rate of experimental group （98.33%） was significantly higher than that of control group （88,33%）, with statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. The incidence rate of adverse reaction in experimental group （3.33%） was significantly lower than that in control group （18.33%）, with statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The scientific method of PDCA cycle applied in cardiovascular surgical ICU nursing can obviously reduce the patients＇ adverse reactions and anxiety situations, which also improves patients＇ nursing satisfaction rate and ensures the implementation of all nursing measures and continuous improvement of nursing quality.
