摘要
提出单室火灾时室内人员安全疏散必需满足的条件,定义人更伤亡危险条件,提出可能安全疏散时间和需要安全疏散时间的预测方法,建立单室火灾人员伤亡模型.
In this paper, the criteria for people’s emergency evacuation when one-room fires happening is proposed. The hazardous conditions for people casualty is defined. The techniques for predicting available safety evacuation time and required safety evacuation time are suggested and the casualty model for one-room fires is estab- lished.
