摘要
介绍了我国矿业安全生产所面临的严重挑战,在深入分析矿业安全工程基础研究现状的基础上,提出了加强我国矿业安全工程基础研究的重点内容与总体目标,针时矿山五大灾害,开展安全开采关键技术的基础研究,推动安全开采的新理论、新方法和新技术的发展,建立在不同开拓与开采条件下的事故早期预测预报、防治与控制及效果监控与判断三位一体的综合防灾系统。
Challenge to mining safety production in China is introduced.On the basis of thorough analysis to the present situation of fundamental research for mining safe- ty engineering,targets and main contents of enhancing fundamental research for mining safety engineering in China are put forth.To the five kinds of major disas- ters in mine,conducting fundamental research on the key techniques of safety mining promote the development of new theories,new methods and new tech- niques for safety mining.Establish a comprehensive disaster prevention system consist of three parts which are early prediction and detection of accidents,pre- vention and control of disasters,results monitoring and control for different de- veloping and mining conditions.
