中国企业安全管理如何面对WTO

HOW CHINA ENTERPRISES WILL REFORM IN SAFETY MANAGEMENT AFTER CHINA'S ACCESSION TO THE WTO

加入 WTO,对面临严峻挑战和良好机遇的中国企业提出了必须进行全方位深层次改革的客观要求。然而,虽然国家经贸委提出无论如何改革,安全工作只能加强,不能削弱,也在着手推行建立现代职业安全卫生管理体系工作,但是,由于其并未对有关职能部门提出明确的预测 WTO 冲击、制定相应对策的具体要求,使得诸多企业的安全管理在改革过程中只是进行了保持原状式的"虚强化",这是与当前中国入世和日益完善的市场经济形势不相适应的。本文就此对中国安全管理如何在这场变革中有所作为,以迎接挑战,抓住机遇,进行了探讨。

China’s accession to the WTO will be sure to bring good developing chance and challenge to China enterprises.So China enterprises must reform completely from all aspects of management.Although China Economic Trade Committee demands that safety management must be strengthened and the OHSMS must be built no matter how we reform,it doesn’t demand safety management to forecast the im- pact of WTO and formulate the related ways.So most enterprises keep old ways continually,which is not suitable to China’s accession to the WTO and the grow- ing market economy.This paper studies what China enterprises will do in safety management after China’s accession to the WTO.
