摘要
透过"6·30"江门特大爆炸事故的发生,论述了安全生产管理的诸因素,包括认识、教训、机构、教育、立法等方面,要安全生产必须建立独立的安全管理机构(或监管机构)、配备稳定的专业技术人员、投入专门的资金。
The factors affecting the safety production management,including reality,lesson, organization,education,legislation and so on,are discussed by analyzing Jiangmen explosion.It is necessary to set up independent safety management organization,to provide stable professional technician and to invest special capital with the pur- pose of safety production.
