摘要
在分析核武器事故预测基本思想的基础上,运用模糊图和安全系统工程的理论与方法,进行了核武器事故预测分析,给出了核武器事故预测分析的双向模糊图模型。最后,对核武器事故预防和核武器安全管理工作提出了一些看法和建议。
This paper,based on analyzing the essential ideas of nuclear weapon accidents pre- diction,relates the prediction analysis of nuclear weapon accidents with the theory and method of fuzzy graph and safety system engineering.The model of bi-direc- tional fuzzy graph is presented.Finally,some opinions and proposals for the pre- vention of nuclear weapon accidents and management of nuclear weapon safety are put forward.
