摘要
分析了国内外火化工企业发生火灾,爆炸事故源点作业场所、工艺、设备等原因。认为形成事故的罪魁祸首是"静电",提出了在易产生静电的危险场所应采取的技术和管理措施,从而消除和避免火灾、爆炸事故的发生。
In recent years,fires and explosive accidents happened at home and abroad in the fire and chemical enterprises,and we find that the source,work spot,technology, equipment and so on are the same reasons.And we find the chief factor causing the accident is static electricity.It is suggested that in the place where static electricity is easy to appear we should take some technical and management measures to avoid of fire and explosive accidents.
