天藤降压汤治疗原发性高血压的疗效

Efficacy of Tianteng antihypertensive decoction on patients with essential hypertension

目的观察天藤降压汤治疗原发性高血压的疗效。方法原发性高血压患者126例随机均分为两组,对照组(B组)患者采用西药依那普利单药治疗,治疗组(A组)在此治疗基础上加用天藤降压汤,比较两组疗效。结果 A组降压总有效率高于B组(88.9%vs.74.6%)(P<0.05)。A组收缩压、舒张压下降值均高于B组[(26.82±4.22)mmHg vs.(20.34±3.26)mmHg、(16.40±4.02)mmHg vs.(10.50±3.26)mmHg](P<0.05)。A组患者头痛、心悸、眩晕症状改善状况优于B组(P<0.05)。结论天藤降压汤联合依那普利治疗原发性高血压临床疗效优于单一使用依那普利。

Objective To observe the efficacy of Tianteng antihypertensive decoction（TAHD） on the patients with essential hypertension（EH）. Methods A total of 126 patients with EH was treated with enalapril（group B, 63 cases） or combined use of enalapril and TAHD（group A, 63 cases）. The efficacy was compared between two groups. Results The overall effectiveness rate was higher in group A than that in group B（88. 9% vs. 74. 6%） （P〈0. 05）. The decreased values of SBP and DBP were significantly more in group A than those in group t3[（26. 82±4. 22） mmHg vs. （20. 34±3. 26） mmHg and （16. 40±4. 02） mmHg vs. （10. 50±3. 26） mm Hg]（P〈0. 05）. The adverse effects such as headache,heart palpitations and vertigo were less in group A than those in group B （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Clinical efficacy of ombined use of enalapril and TAHD for antihypertensive therapy is better than enalapril alone in patients with EH.
