芳砜纶绝缘纸制备的最优工艺探讨 被引量:2

摘要 改变传统的绝缘纸生产方法,采用纤维经梳理成网后直接热轧成纸的方法制备芳砜纶绝缘纸。探讨了喂入量、热轧温度、热轧压力和热轧时间等热轧工艺条件对芳砜纶绝缘纸性能的影响。试验结果表明:采用该方法制备的芳砜纶绝缘纸,其介电常数、介质损耗角正切及电阻率能基本满足绝缘纸的要求。最佳的制备工艺是:喂入量5 g,热轧温度355℃,热轧压力15 MPa,热轧时间55 s。在该工艺条件下制备的芳砜纶绝缘纸其抗张强度为21.71 MPa,击穿电压为7.40 k V/mm。 The polysulphonamide insulation paper was prepared by web being directly hot rolled after fibers being carded, instead of traditional methods.The hot rolling process conditions including feeding amount, hot-rolled temperature, hot-rolled pressure and hot-rolled time and so on were discussed to study their effects on the properties of the insulation paper.The experiments show that properties of the polysul-phonamide insulation paper made through hot rolling, such as dielectric constant, dielectric loss tangent and resistivity can basically meet the requirements of the insulation paper.Its best preparation process parameters are feeding quantity of 5 g, hot-rolled temperature at 355℃, hot rolled pressure of 15 MPa, hot rolled time over 55 s, under which the tensile strength of the paper is 21.71 MPa and its breakdown voltage is 7.40 kV/mm.
