奥扎格雷钠联合疏血通治疗老年急性脑梗死的临床疗效分析

Analysis of the clinical effect of sodium ozagrel combined with Shuxuetong injection in treatment of acute cerebral infarction in the elderly

目的 探讨奥扎格雷钠联合疏血通治疗老年急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法 选取2014年3月~2015年3月在我院治疗的老年脑梗死患者115例,所有患者随机分为观察组58例及对照组57例。对照组给予疏血通注射液静脉滴注。观察组在对照组基础上给予奥扎格雷钠治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效,并对其神经功能缺损评分及不良反应发生情况进行观察。结果 观察组患者的总有效率为94.83%,明显高于对照组的77.19%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组患者治疗后,神经功能缺损评分与治疗前比较显著下降,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗后观察组患者的神经功能缺损评分显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）。观察组患者的不良反应发生率为6.89%,明显低于对照组的17.24%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 老年急性脑梗死采用奥扎格雷钠联合疏血通联合治疗,具有良好的临床疗效,可显著降低不良反应发生率及神经功能缺损评分,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of sodium ozagrel combined with Shuxuetong injection in treatment of acute cerebral infarction in the elderly. Methods 115 cases of senile cerebral infarction,From March 2015 to March 2014 in our hospital were all collected,all patients were randomly divided into observation group 58 cases and control group of 57 cases.The control group was given Shuxuetong injection intravenous drip.The observation group in the control group were given sodium ozagrel.To observe the clinical effect of two groups of patients,neurological function defect score and adverse reactions were observed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.83%,significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference between the two groups was significant （P 〈 0.05）.The neurological function defect score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant （P 〈 0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was 6.89%,which was significantly lower than that in control group （P 〈 0.05）,and the difference between the two groups was significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion In elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction with ozagrel sodium combined with Shuxuetong combined treatment,it has good clinical curative effect,can significantly reduce adverse reaction rate and neural function defect score,it is worthy of clinical application.
