乡镇空腹血糖受损人群腰臀围比值与糖尿病发病风险关系的研究

Study on relations between IFG waist hip ratio and diabetes incidence

目的探讨乡镇地区空腹血糖受损人群腰臀围比值与糖尿病风险的关系。方法收集4070例受检者的腰臀围比值,分析其与空腹血糖受损和糖尿病风险的关系。结果与正常血糖受检者相比,腰臀围比值大的受检者出现空腹血糖受损和患糖尿病的比例显著增加(P<0.05)。结论腰臀围比值是较好的糖尿病简易预测指标。

Objective To explore the relationship between IFG waist hip township and diabetes risk. Methods 4070 cases of patients were chosen.Their waist hip ratio were measured.Analyzed relationship between impaired fasting glucose and diabetes risk. Results Compared with normal person, patients with bigger waist hip ratio appeared higher impaired fasting glucose and diabetes proportion（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Waist hip ratio of diabetes is a better predictive indicators.
