摘要
目的 建立桉油精的HPLC测定方法。方法 以桉油精为对照品,采用Dikma Diamonsil C18(2)(250nm×4.6nm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相为水-乙腈(53∶47);检测波长:203nm;柱温:30℃;流速:1.0m L/min。结果 香芍胶囊挥发油中桉油精得到良好的分离,桉油精在1.319~39.570μg范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为103.60%。结论 本法简单,准确,重复性好,为HPLC评价香芍胶囊挥发油质量提供了可靠的分析方法。
Objective To establish a HPLC determination of eucalyptol in the volatile oils of xiangshao capsule. Methods The separation was performed on the Dikma Diamonsil Cls(2) (250nm × 4.6nm, 5 μ m) with water- acetonitrile (53 : 47) as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was at 203nm, and the flow rate was 1.0mL/ rain. The column temperature was 30℃ . Results The eucalyptol in the volatile oils of Xiangshao capsule were well separated. The linear response of eucalyptol ranged from 1.319 μ g to 39.570 μ g. The recovery was 103.60% for eucalyptol. Conclution This method is simple, accurate and reproducible, which can be used for the quality control of the volatile oils in Xiangshao capsule.
