氟康唑与伊曲康唑治疗男性念珠菌尿道炎的临床疗效分析

Clinical effect analysis of fluconazole and itraconazole in the treatment of male candidal urethritis

目的 探讨应用氟康唑与伊曲康唑治疗男性念珠菌尿道炎的临床疗效。方法 本研究选取2013年6月～2014年10月来我院性病门诊就诊的男性患者75例,随机分为观察组38例及对照组37例。对照组采用氟康唑治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予伊曲康唑治疗。对两组患者近期疗效,远期疗效及不良反应发生率等相关指标进行观察。结果 观察组患者的患者临床近期疗效为89.47%,对照组为86.49%,两组比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。观察组远期疗效为94.74%,明显高于对照组的81.08%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组不良反应发生率为7.89%,对照组不良反应发生率为18.92%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 应用氟康唑与伊曲康唑联合治疗男性念珠菌尿道炎可以提高患者远期疗效,减少不良反应发生率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of fluconazole and itraconazole in the treatment of male candidal urethritis. Methods 75 male patients were selected in this study from 2013 June to 2014 October in STD clinic of our hospital, and randomly divided into the observation group of 38 cases and control group of 37 cases. The control group was treated with fluconazole, the observation group was treated with itraconazole on the basis of the control group. The short-term and long-term efficacy and toxicitiesassociated index of two groups of patients were observed. Results The short-term curative effect of patients in the observation group was 89.47%, the control group was 86.49%, the difference was not statistically significant between the two groups（P 〉 0.05）.The long-term efficacy of observation group was 94.74%, significantly higher than the control group of 81.08%, the difference was statistically significant between the two groups（P 〈 0.05）. The incidence of adverse reaction in the observation group was 7.89%, the control group was 18192%, there was significant difference between the tWO groups（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Fluconazole and itraconazole in the treatment of male candidal urethritis can improve long-term efficacy, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, it is worthy of clinical application.
