两种护理方式配合蓝光照射治疗新生儿病理性黄疸的对照分析

Comparative analysis of two kinds of nursing with Blu ray irradiation treatment of neonatal pathological jaundice

目的 对照分析两种护理方式配合蓝光照射治疗新生儿病理性黄疸的临床效果。方法 我院自2013年3月～2014年2月收治的56例病理性黄疸患儿,随机分为治疗组30例与对照组26例。治疗组给予综合护理,对照组给予常规护理。两组均配合蓝光照射治疗。比较两组患儿治疗前、治疗后1、3、5d血清胆红素水平变化;患儿家属满意度;不良反应发生率。结果 两组治疗前血清胆红素水平变化比较无显著统计学意义（P〉0.05）。两组治疗后1d、3d、5d血清胆红素水平变化比较有显著统计学意义（P〈0.05）。对照组与治疗组满意率为84.6%（4/26）和96.7%（1/30）,两组比较有统计学意义（x2=10.416,P〈0.01）。对照组与治疗组出现不良反应率为38.5%（10/26）,10.0%（3/30）,两组比较有统计学意义（x2=6.330,P〈0.05）。结论 新生儿病理性黄疸配合蓝光照射治疗的基础上加用综合护理,可以改善患儿血清胆红素水平,提高患儿家属满意度,减少不良反应发生率,具有临床应用推广的价值。

Objective To analyse the clinical effect of two kinds of nursing with Blu ray irradiation treatment of neonatat pathological jaundice. Methods 56 cases of pathological jaundice in our hospital from March 2013 to February 2014 were randomly divided into control group with 26 cases and treatment group with 30 cases. The treatment group was given comprehensive nursing care, the control group was given conventional nursing. The two groups were matched with Blu ray irradiation therapy. The changes of serum bilirubin level in 1, 3, 5d before and after treatment, the family satisfaction and adverse reaction rate of two groups of patients were compared. Results There were no significant differences in the changes of serum bilirubin levels in the two groups before treatment （P 〉 0.05）.The changes of 1, 3, 5d in serum bilirubin levels of two groups after treatment was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The satisfaction rate of control group and the treatment group was 84.6 % （4/26） and 96.7 % （1/30）, there was statistically significant difference between groups（x2=10.416, P 〈0.01）. The incidence of adverse reaction of control group and treatment group were 38.5% （10/26） and 10% （3/30）, there was statistically significant difference between groups （x2=6.330, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of Blu ray radiation therapy plus comprehensive nursing care can improve the level of serum bilirubin in patients, improve patient satisfaction, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, with the promotion of the clinical application value.
