不同时期糖尿病肾病患者血清HCY、CysC含量检测的临床意义

Clinical significance of content measurement of HCY and CysC in serum of patients with diabetic nephropathy in different periods

目的血清同型半胱氨酸(HCY)和胱抑素C(CysC)的水平在不同时期糖尿病肾病(DN)患者中的表达变化和意义。方法采用酶法和免疫比浊法检测80例糖尿病肾病患者和80例正常健康者中血清HCY和CysC水平。结果与对照组相比,DN患者血清中HCY和CysC水平升高,并且与病情的严重性相关(均P<0.01);同时DN患者血清中HCY和CysC水平呈显著正相关(r=0.679,P<0.01)。结论随着DN的进展,血清HCY和CysC含量升高,且与DN病变严重程度相关,血清HCY和CysC含量检测有助于判断DN病情的程度。

Objective To explore expression changes of HCY and Cys C level in serum of patients with diabetic nephropathy （DN） in different periods and its clinical significance. Methods HCY and Cys C level in serum of 80 DN patients and 80 healthy patients were measured by enzymatic method and immune turbidimetry. Results The HCY and Cys C level in serum of DN patients was increased when compare to the control group and it was related to the severity of the disease （P 〈 0.01）. At the same time, the HCY and Cys C level in serum of DN patients was significant positive correlation （r=0,679, P 〈 0,01）, Conclusion The HCY and Cys C level in serum increase with the development of DN and it is related with the severity of the disease. Content measurement of HCY and Cys C in serum can help to predict the severity of disease.
