IGF-1和TGF-β1与糖尿病视网膜病变关系的研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的 探讨胰岛素样生长因子(IGF-1)和转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)在糖尿病视网膜病变发病中的作用。方法 随机选取本院门诊部2013年1月~2014年9月收治期间,糖尿病视网膜病变患者86例为观察组,糖尿病无眼底病变患者98例为对照组,健康人80例为正常组。所有研究对象均在空腹静息状态下测定尿微量白蛋白(Um Alb)和糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1C),采用ABC-酶联免疫吸附法检测并分析三组之间外周血IGF-1及TGF-β1表达水平情况。结果 观察组及对照组外周血TGF-β1含量均明显高于正常组,观察组及对照组外周血IGF-1含量均明显低于正常组,比较均有显著性差异(P〈0.05);观察组外周血Um Alb、Hb A1C、IGF-1及TGF-β1含量分别为:(6.2±1.4)mg/mmol.Cr、(10.6±2.3)%、(75.6±15.4)ng/m L和(65.9±11.6)μg/L,对照组外周血Um Alb、Hb A1C、IGF-1及TGF-β1含量分别为:(4.2±1.1)mg/mmol.Cr、(7.4±1.6)%、(104.1±30.1)ng/m L和(41.8±10.5)μg/L,两组之间差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 IGF-1低表达与TGF-β1过度表达在糖尿病患者在新生血管的发生发展中起重要作用,其代谢紊乱是导致糖尿病患者发生视网膜病变的重要因素,IGF-1及TGF-β1的检测可为糖尿病,特别是糖尿病视网膜病变的临床病情的评估和诊治提供重要的参考。 Objective To investigate the effect of insulin-like growth factor (IGF-1) and transforming growth factor-β1(TGF- β 1) in the pathogenesis of diabetic retinopathy. Methods 86 cases of patients with diabetic retinopathy from January 2013 - September 2014 were selected as the observation group, 98 cases of diabetic patients without retinopathy were selected as the control group, 80 cases of healthy people were selected as normal group. All subjects were resting fasting urine microalbumin(UmAlb) and glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1C), using ABC- enzyme- linked immunosorbent assay and analysis of peripheral blood IGF-1 and TGF- β 1 expression and among the three groups level situation. Results The peripheral blood TGF- β 1 levels of observation group and control group were significantly higher than the normal group, the peripheral blood IGF-1 levels of observation group and control group were significantly lower than the normal group, The difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05); observation peripheral blood UmAlb, HbA1C, IGF-1 and TGF- β 1 contents were:(6.2 ± 1.4)mg/mmol.Cr,(10.6 ± 2.3)%, (75.6 ± 15.4)ng/mL and (65.9± 11.6)μg/L, the control group in peripheral blood UmAlb, HbA1C, IGF-1 and TGF- β 1 contents were: (4.2 ± 1.1) mg/mmol.Cr, (7.4 ± 1.6)%, (104.1 ± 30.1)ng/mL and (41.8 ± 10.5)μg/L, the differences were statistically significant between the two groups(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The expression of IGF-1 and TGF-β1 low overexpression in diabetics may play an important role in the development of new blood vessels occurs, which is an important factor leading to metabolic disorders in diabetic retinopathy patients, IGF-1 and TGF- β lean be detected providing an important reference for diahetic retinopathy clinical assessment and treatment of the disease.
