16层螺旋CT三维重建技术对上颌骨骨折诊断价值 被引量:3

摘要 目的 为探讨16层螺旋CT三维重建技术在上颌骨骨折患者中的临床诊断价值。方法 选取2011年11月~2014年11月,广东省陆丰市人民医院和广东省第二人民医院20例疑似上颌骨骨折患者,进行16层螺旋CT扫描,然后对上颌骨骨折进行三维重建,将诊断结果与患者常规CT扫描结果及手术情况进行比较。结果 使用16层螺旋CT三维重建技术对20例上颌骨骨折患者诊断与手术诊断的符合率明显高于常规CT扫描诊断效果。结论 16层螺旋CT三维重建技术能充分显示出患者的上颌骨骨折情况,为临床医生提供更多的诊断资料,对上颌骨骨折患者的后期治疗与手术方案的制定具有重要的价值,提高了上颌骨骨折的一次治愈率,值得临床推广使用。 Objective To study the clinical diagnostic value of 16-slice spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction technique in patients with maxillary fracture. Methods 20 suspected maxillary fracture patients, who were treated with in Lufeng people's hospital and Guangdong provincial people's hospital from November 2011 to November 2014, were made with 16-slice spiral CT scan, and then were made with three-dimensional reconstruction on maxillary fracture. To compare the diagnosis results with the situation of patients who were treated with conventional CT scanning results and operation. Results The coincidence rate of diagnosis and surgical diagnostic in patients with maxillary fracture, who were treated with 16-slice spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction technique, was obviously higher than diagnosis effect of conventional CT scanning. Conclusion 16-slice spiral CT three- dimensional reconstruction technique could fully show the patiernts' situation of maxillary fracture to provide more diagnostic data for clinical doctors, has important value on the formulation of late treated and surgical planning of patients with maxillary fracture, could improve the one time cure rate of maxillary fracture, is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
