摘要
以5个甘蓝型油菜杂交种为材料,分析比较冬、春播区油菜的绿叶面积、叶绿素SPAD值、光合物质产量以及光合气体交换参数的差异。结果表明:2个生态区的光合性状均存在显著性差异,春播区的绿叶面积比冬播区高70.53%,叶绿素SPAD值和光合物质产量则比冬播区低17.06%和19.24%。春播区的气孔导度(Gs)、蒸腾速率(Tr)和胞间CO2浓度(Ci)分别比冬播区高47.00%、31.47%和6.08%,而净光合速率(Pn)和水分利用效率(WUE)则比冬播区低10.02%和68.71%。说明,生态区的环境条件对油菜的光合性状有很大的影响,在春播区应提高WUE和Pn。
Five hybrids of Brassica napus as materials,green leaves, chlorophyll SPAD value of leaves, dry biomass of total plant and photosynthetic parameters of gas exchange were analyzed and compared in spring and winter rape areas. The results showed that significant differences were in the pho tosynthetic traits between the two ecological regions. The area of green leaves in spring rape area was 70.53% higher than winter rape area. By contrast, the chlorophyll SPAD value of leaves and dry biomass of total plant in spring rape area were 17.06% and 19.24%. higher respectively than winter rape area The stomatal conductance, tramspiratory rate and intercellular CO2 concentration in spring rape area were by 47.00%, 31.47% and 6.08% higher respectively than winter rape area,but the net photosynthetic rate and water use efficiency were 10. 02% and 68. 71% lower respectively than winter rape area In conclusion, the environmental condition of ecological region has important influence on the photosynthetic traits. The water use efficiency and net photosynthetic rate should be improved in spring rape area.
