老年结肠造口患者家属疾病不确定感及影响因素分析

Uncertainty in illness and its influencing factors of family members of elder patients with colostomy

目的调查老年结肠造口患者家属疾病不确定感并分析其影响因素。方法采用自行编制的一般资料调查表、Mishel疾病不确定感家属量表、社会支持评定量表、简易应对方式量表,对134例老年结肠造口患者家属进行调查。结果患者家属疾病不确定感总分为(72.20±9.33)分,83.58%的患者家属疾病不确定感处于高水平。社会支持、患者对造口接受程度、文化程度、消极应对方式、家庭人均月收入、家属对造口了解程度是其疾病不确定感的主要影响因素。结论老年结肠造口患者家属存在较高水平疾病不确定感,医护工作者应重视疾病不确定感对患者家属的影响,采取有效措施降低其疾病不确定感。

Objective To investigate the illness uncertainty state of family members of elder patients with colostomy and to explore its influencing factors. Methods The General Information Questionnaire,Mishel Uncertainty In Illness Scale-Family Member Form（MUIS-FM）,Social Support Rating Scale（SSRS） and Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire（SCSQ） were used to investigate uncertainty in illness of 134 family members of elder patients with colostomy. Results The total score of uncertainty in illness ranged from 38 to 97 with an average score of 72.20± 9.330. The illness uncertainty state was at high levels for 83.58% of family members. Major factors affecting uncer- tainty in illness of family members were total score of social support,degree of education,negative coping style, character of stoma and monthly household per capita income. Conclusion The level of illness uncertainty is high among family members of elder patients with colostomy. Health care workers should pay attention to the impact of uncertainty in illness on family members of elder patients with colostomy and take effective measures to reduce un- certainty in illness,thereby improving the quality of home care.
