摘要
目的探讨经三向瓣膜式PICC引导腔内心电图的最佳方法。方法比较手动推注生理盐水柱法与自然垂降生理盐水柱法经三向瓣膜式PICC引导腔内心电图的效果和护士评价。结果两种方法经三向瓣膜式PICC均能引导出腔内心电图,导管到位精确性差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);自然垂降生理盐水柱法经三向瓣膜式PICC引导腔内心电图的波型中断例数较少(χ2=8.300,P<0.001),生理盐水用量(t=13.99,P<0.001)和护士评价操作流程便捷性(t=19.31,P<0.001)明显优于手动推注生理盐水柱法,差异有统计学意义。结论自然垂降生理盐水柱法是目前经三向瓣膜式PICC引导腔内心电图的最佳方法。
Objective To explore the optimal method for guiding intracavitary electrocardiogram(ECG) via Groshong peripherally inserted central catheters(PICC). Methods The effects and nurses' evaluation of pushing normal saline column with hand-activated method and gravity drip method via Groshong PICCs to guide intracavitary ECG were compared. Results Successful rates of two methods were 100% and there was no statistically significant difference in the accuracy of reaching target location(P〉0.05). Pushing normal saline column with gravity drip method demon- strated continuous waveform and was better than hand-activated method in volume of normal saline and operation convenience with statistical significance(P〈0.01). Conclusions Pushing normal saline column with gravity drip method is the optimal choice for guiding intracavitary ECG via Groshong PICCs.
