摘要
目的旨在了解精神科护士心理弹性及职业倦怠现状的基础上,探讨积极情绪在两者关系中的中介作用。方法采用一般情况问卷、弹性量表简化版、职业倦怠量表、正负情绪量表对某省级精神卫生中心的192名临床在岗护士进行调查。结果精神科护士的职业倦怠处于中等水平;精神科护士的情绪耗竭维度在年龄、婚姻状况和工作年限上的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05);精神科护士职业倦怠及各维度与心理弹性、积极情绪呈显著负相关(P<0.01),心理弹性与积极情绪呈显著正相关;积极情绪与心理弹性显著预测精神科护士职业倦怠;积极情绪在心理弹性与职业倦怠间起中介作用(P<0.01)。结论提高心理弹性和促进积极情绪是降低职业倦怠危险的有效途径。
Objective To explore the status quo of psychological resilience and job burnout in psychiatric nurses and mediation effects of positive emotions between above two elements. Methods A total of 192 psychiatric nurses in a mental health center in Shandong Province were recruited and assessed with general information questionnaire, CD-RISC-10,MBI-GS and PANAS. Results Job burnout of psychiatric nurses was in the low and medium level. In emotional exhaustion dimension,differences in age ,marital status and length of employment reached a statistically significant level. Psychological resilience,positive emotions were the significant predictors of job burnout; positive e- motions played a mediating role between psychological resilience and job burnout. Conclusion Job burnout of psy- chiatric nurses are in the low and medium level. Psychological resilience and positive emotions are significant pre- dicting factors of job burnout. Positive emotions partially mediate the relationship between psychological resilience and job burnout.
