摘要
师范生的核心能力即教学能力,"翻转课堂"时代的到来,掌握微课的制作技能有利于师范生拥有更好的信息素养,结合本校实际探讨如何利用微课教学训练,将学科内容转化为教学内容,使理论与实践相结合,培养"翻转课堂"模式下师范生微课教学能力,探索新型师范专业教师的培养之路。
Teaching ability is the core competence of normal university students. With the coming of the inverted classroom, mastering the "micro class" skills can improve the normal students'information literacy. Combining with our school, we investigate that how to use the training of the "micro class", convert the subject content to teaching content, combine theory with practice, cultivate normal students' ability of "micro class" in the inverted classroom mode, and explore a new training type of normal uni- versity students.
