振动训练缓解肌肉运动性疲劳的sEMG研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的:通过观察振动松弛前后肌力、肌肉物理性能和肌肉肌电图特征参数的变化,探讨振动松弛对缓解肌肉运动性疲劳的影响,以期为运动员肌肉运动性疲劳的缓解提供新方法.方法:采用16导肌电检测仪对实验前后12名男子划艇运动员前臂肌肉进行肌电图检测,同时采用肌肉功能分析仪检测肌肉伸缩性、弹性、硬度,分析振动放松训练对练习后即刻疲劳肌肉肌电i EMG,MF,MPF以及肌肉物理性质的影响,了解振动放松对延缓与消除运动练习所致肌肉疲劳的效果.结果:振动放松可以使疲劳肌肉肌电图i EMG,MF,MPF得到显著恢复(P<0.05);同时使肌肉的硬度、伸缩性、肌力得到显著恢复(P<0.01).结论:振动放松运动作为新的放松方法,可以有效地消除肌肉疲劳,恢复肌肉力量,改善肌肉肌腱伸缩性和硬度,对于缓解局部肌肉运动性疲劳具有良好的效果. Objects:The paper explores the effect of muscle vibration relaxation to relieve sport fatigue by ob- serving the change of the flabby muscle strength before and after vibration, the physical properties of muscle, and the muscle EMG feature parameters. Methods: Using 16 channel EMG to examine the 12 subjects' forearm muscles before and after the experiment and muscle function analyzer to detect the flexibility, the elasticity and the hardness of muscle, we analyzes the effect of vibratory relaxation training to immediate muscle fatigue after exercise on iEMG, MF, MPF, to understand the effect of vibration relaxation on the delay and the elimination of muscle fatigue caused by exercises. Results: Vibration relaxation can significantly recover muscle fatigue on iEMG, MF, MPF(P 〈 0.05 ) , while the hardness, the flexibility and the strength of the muscle have been significantly restored ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusions: Vibration relaxation, as a new way and method, can effectively eliminate muscle fatigue, re- store muscle strength, improve muscle tendon elasticity and hardness of physical properties, and provide a goodeffect for relieving local muscle sport fatigue.
